 Rent a dress, Return after you wear & Repeat the process for your next event

  • How long can I rent for?

We provide rental periods of 4, 7, 10 and 14 days. If you require the dress for longer, we advise you to please contact us via email/DM us on Instagram to discuss how we can accommodate this.

  • When will my rental arrive?

Select the rental start date that you wish (2 days before your event) on the calendar system. We will aim to get this posted out to you the day that your rental period starts (2 days before your event - to allow you time to try on)

For example :

Event date is 12th, rental period recommended would be 10th - 14th. Dress arrives 10th, rental should be returned on 14th (last day of rental period)

  • What if the dress doesn’t fit?

If the dress doesn’t fit, or isn’t to your taste when it arrives, we fully appreciate this may sometimes be the case. Just fill in our returns portal then send your rental back within the first 24 hours of receiving it. As long as you keep your LTL security ribbon intact, we will process your refund the same day we receive the dress and you will receive an email to confirm the refund.

  • How do I return after wearing?

We enclose a QR code slip in with your rental which will direct you straight to our returns portal on our website. Complete the return via the returns portal, it’s as easy as that! We also enclose your prepaid returns label in with your rental. Pop your dress into the original packaging, stick the returns label over the top of the original address label and take this to your local Royal Mail post office.

  • What if damages occur?

We are girls girls and fully appreciate that accidents happen, therefore as long as you tell us in advance of returning the dress, we will try our level best to sort it. We have an amazing seamstress of 45+ years experience, who works absolute wonders. In most cases, we are finding damages are very minor and the cost is too. We factor these minor wear and tear costs into your rental. However, there are rare occasions where somebody has damaged a dress beyond repair. This will result in us needing to recover the full cost of the dress, as per our T&C’s.
